I used to be in Bicester Outlet Village where I discovered quite a number of nice Italian shoes made by Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, D&G and some other brands. The worth was about £170-190, but they were about 50% discounted. I actually liked the style of the shoes – very light, stylish and comfortable. In reality, I liked them greater than British high-end shoe makers. However, are they easy to repair after years of wear, i.e. do the manufacturers repair them if sent to them and is it costly? Or these are shoes that get thrown away once worn out?As I understand, these shoes are made from top quality material, in order that they also needs to last for a long time, but I doubt they can be refurbished as easy as British shoes (JL, EG, C&J etc) because the only is so thin and i could not find Goodyear seam line in soles.
